Everyone was very kind. My only complaint was upon arriving. I arrived 25 minutes early expecting to fill out paperwork. I waited for sometime for the receptionist because she was on the phone. I was handed clipboard with lots of forms, 9 I think. I was led to a room to fill them out. While I was filling them out the nurse kept asking how I was doing, and taking the forms I was done with. In the middle of all this someone came to take for X-rays. Then the paperwork nurse came back again. At that time she went and got her lap top and we worked on the information together.
My suggestion is, is it possible to send these forms to the patient to fill out on line or to be printed at home so they could be filled out slowly without being rushed. Or they could be mailed to the patient a week or so in advance?
My appointment went very well considering the paperwork mess. Everyone was very kind and patient. And Dr. Guirgues was very clear in his explanations and procedures. I was very comfortable with him.
